Northern Ireland captain Caroline O’Hanlon is returning to the Vitality Netball Superleague champions Manchester Thunder for Another season.

The centre is Thunder’s most up-to-date signing up for the 2020 campaign, taking the number of titles.
O’Hanlon captained the Northern Ireland side that finished 10th in the Netball World Cup in July in Liverpool as well as taking her Gaelic Football Group, Armagh, to the quarter-finals of their All Ireland Championships.
Talking about committing to Thunder for 2020,” O’Hanlon stated:”I’m delighted to sign on with my third season at Thunder following such a wonderful year last year.
“We have the best fans in the league and it is an absolute liberty each time I get to signify this particular franchise. I can not wait to get back on court and defend our title.”
Head coach Karen Greig is over the moon to have her”lynchpin” O’Hanlon back for one more season.
“Caroline is an integral signing for us and I am thrilled to have her back with us for the following year. The last two seasons she has become a lynchpin for us – the speed and control she gives us could be unstoppable. I can not wait to work with her again and see her venture with Ash Neal develop.”
