Since they came from behind to overcome Rotherham 2-1 in the Keepmoat Stadium, ben Whiteman’s late penalty secured a success in the South Yorkshire derby for Doncaster.
The Millers had been sent by on-loan Jake Hastie to the break a goal up as the game turned on its head earlier skipper Whiteman struck from 12 yards two minutes from time, but veteran James Coppinger equalised.

This bout of pressure led to this 66th-minute equaliser, using sub Niall Ennis’ job by the byline resulting in a cross which was met with initially by Coppinger, who put enough on his shot to conquer Price.
With all the Rotherham keeper also conserving non from Reece James taylor tested Price from distance.
Ennis brought ahead of the sub won the penalty that secured the three points after that he had been hauled into the floor by Ihiekwe another save out of Price.
Price was confidently sent the way from the place as Doncaster claimed the bragging rights by whiteman.
