Some minutes from the Ingebrigtsen family video series are all famous.
There was the time midway through last summertime 5,000 m final in Berlins Olympic Stadium prior to moving into gold when 17-year-old Jakob brother Henrik.
In 2017, their sibling Filip – younger compared to Henrik and older than Jakob – collapsed over the line in Londons Olympic Stadium since he became the first European to win a world 1500m trophy in 14 years.
Henrik dived full length in a valiant, striking, if unsuccessful, try to throw the silver trophy at the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow from Britains Chris OHare, with Jakob taking success once again.
Others are not as well known.
Filmed a camcorder shot opens with three Ingebrigtsen brothers in framework.
To the left, Henrik. To the right, Filip. At the middle, the oldest of the familys seven children.
Huddled round a table, the teenagers, sporting matching tracksuits, critique a new national youth event in.
Let us hear how it went in Oslo. Lets begin with Kristoffer, says a voice off screen.
No, answers Kristoffer, glowering down the lens.
It was a great trip. You did not have some objectives, did you? Can you? Says the voice.
No, no more! Says Kristoffer, developing increasingly annoyed.
The voice then asks the boys to outline their intentions for the event.
And Kristoffer? It enquires following his siblings have had their state.
We shall try to not come last, interjects Henrik.
I wont come in last! Shouts Kristoffer, aiming a elbow into his brothers biceps.
It is a snapshot of the building of European sports family dynasty.
The European 1500m title that Jakob won in 2018 in Berlin had been passed from Filip, who had been victorious in Amsterdam two decades before . Henrik, who topped the podium was subsequently succeeded by him.
All 3 head for the weeks World Championships in Doha, together with Jakob and Filip Henrik linking them and serious contenders such as medals that are 1500m.
Is clear where this geyser of sporting success sprung from.
Surely, growing up in Sandnes facing to the North Sea, the Ingebrigtsens competitive spirit was claustrophobic.
Kristoffer, Henrik, Filip, along with the younger Jakob and Martin, could race each other getting in and out of the automobile, if they were not fighting for supremacy on bikes in the pool or around the track.
13, their sister Ingrid, is training as an athlete. William, for jogging sneakers on his ultrasound scan jokingly piled up, is to begin a serious sports profession, but is still only five.
The family tradition of professional sport is profound, though.
Their father, Gjert – himself elevated in a bad household – is a logistics director. Their mom, Tone, possesses a set of hairdressing salons.
Im not especially interested in game, Gjert tells BBC Sport.
We are a typical household with lots of children. We spent a lot of time outside, skiing, hiking around, going to the mountains, cross-country skiing, exercising outdoors… but it is by coincidence. We never planned for anything.
That changed.
Because his sons sport has become more severe has Gjert. Hes now coach, manager and agent, dictating their event program, gruelling coaching sessions that are high-tempo and commercial prices.
It could be that Im quite strict in the way I see things, he reflects.
The boys come to me and say:I need to be a European champion. I say:I need to help you, I can help you, however you have to do everything I tell you.
If you do not, I cant own part of it. My ultimate aim is to see all the children succeed, to achieve their targets. I reach mine if they achieve their goals.
I stand out from different parents. I am very rough and it is a kind of contract between me and the boys to help them be the very best they can be – but they need to endure me following them every day each year.
By entering into that deal, Filip Henrik and Jakob have marketed themselves to sports.
Filip recalls waking to perform an hour lactic-heavy roller ski – a version of ski – until he headed to school.
Henrik recalls asking his father to establish sessions in the afternoons in addition to the mornings. His father agreed, but told them not to inform teachers unless they grew worried that he pushed them too difficult.
Theres nothing secret about their devotion. Each September, Gjert generates a training plan for the following 12 months, laminating it to protect against any alterations. He will be trackside, barking orders and collating specifics of his sons improvement and retrieval in a spreadsheet.
Within a bid to lure patrons to fund the brothers livelihood, Gjert defeated his sons hesitation and allowed tv to shoot a reality series about them.
Team Ingebrigtsen catches the tensions that continue together with the single-minded grip on the lives of his family of Gjert.
In a awkward spectacle, Filip accuses him of conducting adictatorship as a visit to southern Europe along with his girlfriend, whos sitting in the area, is quashed in favour of training.
In another, eldest kid Kristoffer – who would reject athletics to get a career in economics and a family life of his very own – calls his own parentsdumb for having their seventh child, William, 25 years following his own birth.
I believe they are doing this instead of going back and running on connections with the children they already have, he adds caustically.
Gjert offers as good as he gets.
He looks down the barrel at the same point and says:I dont want to be an angry guy, I want to be a father.
However, if an angry man will deliver them their dreams, Ill tolerate that sacrifice.
He is not anywhere near the athletic father to intertwine his achievement with that of his children.
The Williams sisters, Mary Pierce and andre Agassi are some of the the tennis stars who were driven to stardom by father figures, however there are dangers in addition to rewards.
As fans of Lewis Hamilton in particular, and motorsport in general, Henrik, Filip and Jakob will know the story of the five-time Formula 1 world champion Anthony, and his father.
Hamilton sacked his father as his agent after hed masterminded his climb to the top. The pair barely spoke for the next two decades, but have gradually awakened, together with the driver quoted in July as saying that their connection is that thebest weve ever had.
Is the mean dad behave of Gjert justified by the ends of leading sporting careers?
Much of their impetus for his childrens athletics comes from how far is adapting to the civilization of the family and within themselves?
Theres absolutely no easy answer. There is not any answer .
He will always be my father. You can not take off that hat and say now I am your trainer, says Filip. Its hard, but I believe, all in allit is more positives than negatives. He offers more as a coach because he is also a dad – that he always wants me to perform my best and now also has my best interests at heart.
Jakobs take is somewhat different.
There are a lot of ups and downs and drawbacks and positive about having a dad for a coach., he states. For other athletes I wouldnt recommend it since its too much difficult work and you also want a father outside of conducting.
For today, and essentially our whole lives, he has been a coach because weve asked ourselves what is the most crucial – do we wish to have a family or do we want to run fast?
Sons that operate relationships that hold. Gjert, who has recently written a book will hope both dreams are realised in Doha. And beyond.
